Price Guides are complicated to run because you cant really tell if an item will cap at a certain point of appreciation or how fast it will appreciate. Really just look and see if whatever you want is being sold, and the price on it. If you cant find it make a buying thread and people will offer it up for what they think is fair.

(I helped run the Price Guide on Pricey a few years back, that junk is complicated)
