I'm insanely bad at exercise.
I can't handle a lot of cardio to do some breathing issues i do have.
but i do like going for walks, and yoga. Swimming i really enjoy but swimming
it not something i can do anymore because i was only able to because of my aunt
who i've cut contact with for the most part.
