ahaha. Yeah. The people at Riot would probably just laugh at him for being so stupid. First off, the only place he can send a video like that is customer support, which isn't a terribly good place to report someone. Then on that, everyone who works at Riot actually plays the game. Even customer support people. Loving the game is something they really care about when making hiring decisions. I can't imagine a single employee seeing that and thinking you were hacking.
