"What's the difference between sapience and sentience?"
In short, sapience means wisdom, whereas as sentience means thinking. There are literally trillions (if not more) of sentient species on the Earth, which would include things like insects, fish, reptiles, and a myriad of other animals species. Humans, however, are the only proven sapient species we know of. Other animals such as dolphins, cats, dogs, an parrot may also be sapient, we aren't certain on that (yet). Sapient essentially refers to qualifying for having an "I , Therefore I Am" brain, self-awareness.
