Updating after a long haitus. Both were originally supposed to be soemthing a bit different but apparently the New Year makes me depressed.

Warning a bit of language in "Human"

Human

Such a bitter thing,
To be human,
To feel
Thos damned emotions,
Why can we not see pass the cursed haze?
They are just fucking emotions,
Surely you can't actually feel them.
Human is such an ugly word,
It has no set definition
Homo Sapien,
That is preferable.
Not quite as human
And so much more real.
See as human,
You have to feel
Happy
Sad
Angry
You can't be logical and talk it all out,
Oh, god forbid, you have to fucking feel!
Being human is so hard,
So don't be human
Just forget the emotional programming and propaganda
Be a Homo Sapien
Logical, collected, and emotionless
So much easie then being human...

War Spoils

Blood won't come out of white,
Once soiled never pure again,
We dip our hands in death,
And paint out shields with blood.
We grin,
Showing broken and shattered lives,
We laugh,
And you hear screaming.
At one time we were something,
Something more then War Spoils.
Now our lives are chips,
And this is chess,
We're all pawns with no king to protect
