Yeah, I agree with the general sentiment that group projects in college (hell, in school in general) are pointless. Well, with few exceptions. With my experience it is generally that one person or a small part of the group does the majority of the work, but is then either rewarded with a good grade (with the "lazy" majority of the group getting the grade as well) or punished with a bad grade for the other group members lack of contribution/poor work.
