I do a lot of weight lifting, strength training, cardio, kickbox [which might just work for the next week or so, mixed with some cardio] abs, etc.
I'm gonna have to lay OFF the abs, because I wont be able to pull myself up from a laying position on the floor without straining my neck, and rubbing the tat on the carpet. So standing abs its gonna have to be.

You can always use a pole or some rings and do crunches or situps in that case. I'm kinda not sure, myself... XD
