In a windowless room Deva groaned as several more screens popped up, "Fifteen! Fifteen more corruptions in the Storybook realm, why?" Sending the screens away she looked down at the two sleeping animals at her feet... "It may be time to open the portals." She looked at the walls of the room, the seven portals had never been opened, the world had been fine on its own. Veda had changed all that, she had brought discourse to this world, she and her viruses had made this mess. "Dark, Light.... please go find the others... it is time" The twins looked at her before going down the spiral staircase, both yelling at the top of their lungs.... oh the spacers in the castle would love that, it was close to midnight and most of the castle was asleep.
Pulling up a blank screen Deva typed in a string of commands, the portals all glowed a bright white light before turning a dull grey. Now all she had to do was wait for them to be stolen into this world. "Seriously why storybook land? It is for children, what do they want with the three little bears? Goldilocks all ready took their porridge." She leaned back in the chair to look at more files grumbling to herself about how much she wished that she could just play god and zap Veda herself, but every Light needs a Dark.
