There's a decent chance that all it is is that something (a cable, component, etc.) was jarred loose from the drop. If that's the case, the only way to not void the warranty on the laptop is for a Dell certified technician to open it and repair it. Not a hard fix unless something was actually damaged. Question though, how high was the laptop up before the drop?
