Just Trisphee? Well first is the default advice: delete all the pesky internet files by using [ctrl]+[Shift]+[Delete]. Make sure it is set to delete from "the beginning of time". And that all boxes are checked except the passwords one.

If that doesn't work another option is to disconnect your computer from the internet for a second then pop it back in.
