well i usually suck the butt at being both eloquent and diplomatic. i'm naturally a very gruff, grumpy person and i'm blunt and just rude sometimes. plus english is not my first lang so I sucks the butt at using it a lot. lol. i thought you sounded fine, though, you don't sound accusatory or rude or anything.
and I certainly will. this is never an easy issue to deal with, but it's impressive that you are trying to deal with it in an informed way.
