I'm just anemic because not only it's genetically but also I get heavy periods which makes my anemia worse and the fact that for the past 2 years i'm not eating enough meat in my diet so I'm not getting the iron I need in my system, but now I'm taking multivitamins to help with the anemia and the birth control.
