Eh, depends on the catastraphy.
In regards to the "Global Warming" summit held in England a few years ago, which was held in order to prove that the world was in fact getting hotter, it was quite whimsickle to watch as they were- snowed in by the earliest Snow Storm in English records for a very long time. As if someone were saying; "You people cant control the climate, idjits!"
