I was talking about where certain stores double the coupon value up to a dollar. And how do you steal coupons? If they threw it away....it's free game by law.

Because seeing how much they save....that is a hell of alot more than the price of paper, ink, or that electricity. -just saying-

None of the stores around here have those loyalty cards or anything.
