[Yokuutsu]

Well, the heating at my house went out about a week or two ago so I'm sitting in front of my computer freezing my ass off.

So we call the repairmen...and then we have to wait for a part to come in, but guess what? Either that isn't the problem....or it's not the only one.

The heat conductor (I think) has gone out. They said they'd call the place and see if it's still under warranty and all that. Said they would call us back which they never did.

They finally answered the phone. It is covered by warranty, but will still cost us 600 dollars. Then they tell us the company is doing inventory so it won't ship until at least November 1st. Who knows when it'll get here. Then they mention one thing that they'd should've told us a long time ago. Don't turn on the heating. It will let gas into your house so you can suffocate and die. Thanks for telling me that now. Good thing no one decided to just turn it on and see if it would magically work.

Our heating and air conditioning unit is a piece of shit.
