♥ Haha, I've NEVER had a criminal in my house. I used to play it on the PS3 with my friend, and we'd take turns watching each other. She had the worst of luck; her house burned down, she got robbed, everything broke in a freaky order, and then her house caught on fire again. xD
For me, I had a earthquake that ruined my electronics and plumbing. But my characters always have the handy trait, so it wasn't too bad.
