First things first, she did not even clean up your commision. The one you paid for is very neat no extra lines or anything like that and the one you got is still full of sketch lines. And I was right little signature on the other one and large watermark on yours. :( And I'm going to assume the artist did not say, "Sorry, for the deLay, here is the rough draft." The delay itself is enough reason to not have to pay for it. Beyound that I can't say anything not being a artist myself.
