I swear I want to go hulk on my internet connection. This is my sixth attempt at posting the same answer. Okay it is a twilight themed quest in which the prize is a picture. I checked the forums and many of the users said they got it after leveling up or getting rid of quest in their que. But I have done 123/155 quest so I should have enough room to get the Halloween Quest.

Also why isn't Choco in bed >?.
