Pandora boxes will be avaibable only 2 more weeks after Official opening, so, like October First (and they were handed out to those who donated during Closed and Open beta, too). After that, they're gone for forever, as far as I know.

And you can only get 10 sets per person, as far as I know, and one set per donation, unless you talk with Fenris.
