Again, on what system are you playing? The Wii and GameCube versions are mirrored because Link is traditionally left-handed, but the Wii version has him as right-handed because most people are right-handed.

If you're on GameCube, follow the wall to the Right to reach another Twilit area. If you're on Wii, it'll be the left instead.
