Nah, he just laughed at Espy for being a fool. For...uh...not having two Samurai and three Kamishimo.
(If I'd had that, plus some awesome non-existent hairstyle, I would've cosplayed Ukitake instead. I don't particularly like Gin, and someone else already cosplayed Hitsugaya.)
