Vaden had just walked into the tavern when Elvara went to sit down. As far as anyone could tell he was just a normal dark elf, white/silver hair and dark skin. though his skin color varied a little having a hint of red compared to Elvara's but that was probably due to the area the drows stayed in here.

Upon walking to the counter he seemed to strike up a friendly conversation right away with the bar keep like he was a common customer, and truth of it was .. he visited often. He had just gotten whatever drink he ordered when the woman that had spoken to the female drow walked over to him and started talking to him as well now.

"You still have space don't you I mean thats not been taken over with papers and books and all that?" He questioned why she was asking but was quickly explained. "I feel sorry for the poor dear, she looks like she traveled a ways and none of my currents are planning to leave for a few days."

He sighed a little, he knew he had Zek staying there already though he could keep him in line. Plus he didn't see him trying to make a move on a female dark elf anyway. Not from all the years of dealing with his mother. "I'll ask her, though if she's not from around here it's a little odd for a stranger to ask such a thing" he laughed slightly before returning his attention back to the drink.

Though to most in the area he was hardly a stranger. Hell it was hard to go anywhere where someone didn't know him. But he had been around for so long that was to be expected, and he never went out of his way to harm anyone even if he was one of the top wizards of the kingdom.

Once he was finished he stood and walked over to the young drow female before stopped at a respectable distance and bowing. "So I heard your looking for a room, if you don't mind a few piles of paperwork and tombs your free to stay at the building down the walkway." He tried to stay as proper as he could, for the moment he didn't know of her royal background, though he did do quite a bit of reading and she favored one of the rulers over the seas. But he wasn't going to believe that she was the princess just like that.

"The choice is yours, it's just me and my grandson there at the moment so you wouldn't be bothered in the least." Though that last part was probably a lie, Zek had a bit of a mouth when he wanted. But that was also just as easily solved. "Oh, forgive me I never even gave you my name, my age seems to be getting to me again." He said brushing the fact off he was probably being a little informal on purpose. "Vaden CathAn'ar at your services milady" He made a slight bow again before waiting her reply.

Though he figured she was going to turn down such a odd offer, it wasn't common that drows from different clans were nice to one another. But Vaden was hardly what you call normal to say the least.
