I eat chicken and seafood, it's the greasy beef in mass quantity in one sitting or over a period of time gets my system knocking around

You can eat soy that has basically has some nutrients like meat, hence I eat tofu (which I love when they cook the RIGHT way) and you can get vitamin B12 from some Dairy products like Yogurt (which I eat dairy).
