☪ஐﻬ☽ Oh my god. That sounds horrible.
I am so glad my clutziness hasn't gotten
that bad. With only cross stitching I
think I am pretty fine. I just have to
deal with being poked badly with pins.
I am afraid when I use the sewing machine
because I keep thinking that I will sew
my damn finger. I'm surprised that I haven't
done that yet.

No you wouldn't because the foot pulls the fabric in so you don't have to push it in, your hands are only used to guide the fabric accordingly by how much seam allowance you can give
