He seemed to be on edge a bit as he walked through the forest, but he had a right to be he was in the thick of the Light elf controlled area. Archers were a huge issue.. though in most cases they weren't that big of a problem.. though a few had come close but not as close as Judith had that one day. "tsk..." he hissed out as he walked whatever thoughts he was thinking had irked him.
Sure there were a few dark elf camps a few mere miles off and the attacks could be blamed on them.. but that was hardly his intention he had let soldiers get away to spread the word on purpose. He was trying to draw the one light elf that he had a score to settle with out onto grounds where he didn't have a army to protect him. Though he knew that he'd probably have at least a few of his top men with him if not extras for the hell of it.
Either way he stuck close to the recently destroyed camp. This time in his route he was checking for any survivors, if there was any they were beyond help by now. He ensured his blows were fatal in some way or another. Though for this camp it seemed he did his work all too well he almost didn't let the one he saw running hours ago get away. Having been caught up in combat he blindly slaughtered the camp by himself. Though it was a smaller camp being only thirty strong at most and some weren't even at the camp when the attack happened.
Either way the walking was allowing him to get his breath back and regain himself in preparation.. just in case this commander he had been hunting finally showed his face. He had a gut feeling he was about to cross paths with Judith again... he shrugged that off, there's no way that'd happen. Though if her skills were that impressive.. she very well could be one of his top 'men'. If it came to that he'd deal with it he'd have to make a derision.. He couldn't afford to show that he had a weakness, though striking her was out of the question.
He half laughed at his thoughts, wouldn't that be funny to be ended by a childhood friend. That'd be fitting now wouldn't it. Either way he seemed a bit cocky having not a blade drawn, though they were both in plain sight that was certain. Out of curiosity he half wanted to know what the little foot soldiers reported when they fled for their lives, what would they say.. that they ran from one dark elf or did they make up some story saying there was a army of them.
