boys is correct, you can't sell back the free stuff, I found that out when I accidentally got an extra pair of Pandora gloves :3

Elf ears are in the Trinkets & Tresses shop, I think...for 1000 Aurum if I remember right.

Animal ears and tails have been only event items so far, so hopefully you can get some as we just finished an event!
