He thought he had the upper hand this whole time, careless. To let such a mistake happen. His eyes narrowed a bit as his ears went back to show his annoyed mood at this little stand off they had going. She had the spot right no way he could survive if she pushed the blade there. 'tsk... stupid you now better then to leave their hands free' he scolded himself as he still held the blade to her neck.

Though oddly at the same time he seemed a little amused by this as she spoke. "you've got a little spark don't you" He grinned a bit he didn't trust this girl not to push that blade as soon as he removed his that was certain. "Sorry but I can't follow such a request... not when you have just as much of a advantage here as I" He kept his eyes fixed on hers trying to read her. Though his mind kept going back tot he fact this could be the one who ends him if he played around too much or taunted her onward.

Sure he could cut her neck easily.. he might be able to do it before she pushed the dagger into his gut but that was a risk that could be fatal if he failed to get away from her in time. 'tsk shit I don't want to let a damned light elf go... female or not what right do they have to live let alone here in the forest!' Truth be told he wanted nothing better ten to kill her. His talk about doing other things to her before were all in good humor or at least it was humorous for him.

He didn't really want to die here either.. this was close to where the light elves patrolled commonly so he'd take a guess there was a encampment close by. That's not what he needed either to have a group of guards find this. He had to admit she did get the better of him though..that along was a rare feat. "ok fine how about this remove your dagger... I won't kill you. Even dark elves have standards.. " Though he was hardly happy about saying that aloud he wouldn't kill her, she did best him if it came down to it and a stale mate didn't seem like a smart idea to either side.

He waited to see what she'd do, sure he could go back on his word and most would but ... that's not how he was trained or rather that's not how he was raised before his parents passed. He wouldn't take back his word not if she did as he told her to. Though the next time they met he'd get revenge for sure.
