Did the first episode you ever watched make you a fan for life or was it a slower process?

I ask because My husband and I watched several episodes this week
and he thought they were all pretty funny.

Thing is, he didn't really like this show before.

I've been a fan for awhile but I wasn't smitten after just a few episodes.
It had to grow on me.
