I've seen a few spirits in my time. Most were nasty though. I have bad luck like that. Last big ghost hunt I went on my friend got a stone thrown at him in a sealed room and the thing jumped on him later. Poor lad shrieked. We fended it off but it shook him up a bit. We were in an old torture chamber so that explains a lot.
