"I don't want to marry Bryon," she said to Rhyldrin without hesitation. Judith couldn't imagine marrying a man that she didn't love and a man that she barely knew. She knew that if he did propose to her or at least managed to without her abruptly stopping him that maybe saying yes would be a good idea. Judith could live a happy normal life with him, though she would definitely be happier with someone that she loved. "I wonder how shocked everyone would be to hear that I didn't give the king my hand in marriage."

Judith fell silent when Rhyldrin told her that he would be leaving. She looked at her feet wondering what she could possibly say to him but she knew that convincing him not to go was out of the question. "I see," she said quietly it almost seemed as if she wasn't talking to him and was just whispering to herself. "I'm not going to lie and pretend that I'm happy about that." she said and let out a heavy sigh. "Though I'm not going to try to convince you to stay or to try and stop you because it isn't my place to do so." Judith knew that he had already made up his mind.

Judith looked up at Rhyldrin and managed a smile. "You should go then," she said to him. It took a lot for Judith to say those words. The last thing that she wanted to do was tell Rhyldrin to leave. She should have just left him to be tended to by someone else. It seemed that love didn't make her think too clearly. "If you stay any longer it will only make it worse. I shouldn't have went to you earlier." Judith looked down at Vrine who was resting by her feet. He let out a high pitch whimper, his ears shot back and he looked up at Rhyldrin.
