He was going to question as to what the hell she was doing here, but decided against it. What did it matter though she could have given him a heads up.. he probably could have avoided the little brawl with the guards. Oh well a little late now to worry about it. Vrine chirped against before wiggling his way out of the pouch he had been in and flopping out of it onto the floor with a slight thud. The dragon hissed once at the floor before happily righting it's self and walking over to Rhyldrin.

He stood there silent as ever listening to the light elf king ramble on and on, though it was under odd circumstances they were meeting let alone not drawing blades at one another's throats. Surely the fact that Rhyldrin was even here made the guards nervous and anyone else who had heard reports of who had killed the last king. Though if anyone ever asked him he'd quickly tell them it was justified. He was sort of getting over the fact the king was so chatty let alone not as short as most of his kind. Though he could tell one thing right off the bat.. the king had someone for Judith. He was far from stupid and it wasn't common for royals to just chat freely with common bloods. Really this fact sort of made him feel better about the plan he had to get the dark elves to cut the attack off. This way he knew someone would at least be there for Judith, someone that could give her whatever life she wanted.

The king was still going on at this point when he finally gave in and kneeled down picking the dragon up before sitting the creature on his shoulder. It seemed happy enough with it's perch as it cooed lightly and flipped it's tail back and forth. 'Tsk your spoiled... ' He couldn't believe that over half a years time she had ruined most of the training he had given the creature, not that it could have been helped besides that it might have been for the better. though the king caught his attention again going on as he said sorry for talking so much.

He gave him a rather odd look before speaking. "Given the circumstances I probably deserve more then my ear being talked off heh... Though.. you are a odd one." He paused a moment, this guy didn't seem too easy to offend so he wasn't as worried about what manner he spoke in, and really he wouldn't have cared anyway. "Saying sorry to someone who just broke into your capital and made a fool of your royal guards by beating them with the blunt end of a spear... " He shrugged a little "to each their own though, I don't really enjoy talking that much so by all means keep going. Though you have a weeks time before the Queen of the dark elves reaches the front lines."

Quickly crossing his arms before he went on he noticed he really hated being the center of attention when it came to situations like this. "The Queen's eldest daughter will be here with her troops in less then three days from now and the Queen herself will be here in a weeks time with the main force, and pretty much all of the clans combined into one massive force." He paused a second seeing as he had both of their attention fully by this information. "But the Queen wanted to avoid war from the start, there's a reason she didn't start off with attacking the capital of the light elves. It was needed bloodshed, you can say all you wish about how heartless my kind can be but we still have standards as far as battle goes." The fact that most light elves did think such things sort of annoyed him and he was sure most of the royal guards if not the king himself thought the same thing.

"But at the moment we find our selves in a situation where both sides don't want to fight, currently the Queen is waging this war to avenge her youngest falling to the assault on the dark elf capital." He hated talking this much and he wasn't sure he should be giving out this much information even. But what choice did he have, letting it go then both sides would kill one another. He seemed to hesitate before going on, he had a way to get the queen to listen to him and he was highly against the idea but he wasn't going to spare that much detail.

"I just need your word... you have to prove to her that you and your kind wants peace" He was dead serious with this "But to even get close to her location you have to have someone she trusts... I have a way to make it happen" His expression changed a little like he detested the thought. "But it's your choice, I'm not going to tell you how to rule, I hardly care" He was being honest at least aside from details, and one of the hints towards what he was planning as a way to get to the Queen's good side again should have been from him telling Judith she was going to make whatever man she choose in her life happy.

He waited there for the light elf king's answer, he needed it before he went out on a limb and risked anything to get this plan into motion. The queen's daughter should be a little under three days time from here, he needed to get to her first before anything else could fall into place.
