Mother Ship
“Yes, that’s the goal.” Or to be like that for longer, whichever can be achieved. That, and his brother are the only reasons Yukio hasn’t fallen into the abyss called depression. “I question things sometimes, but the divine is there.” He may question whether the divine are actually active in the world nowadays, but they are still there, watching if nothing else. Yukio smiles a bit at the way his brother thinks. At times he wishes he thought like that, but he finds it hard if not impossible to do so. “I still plan on looking for them though.” And try to cover them up or something, especially in the bathroom, but he may never find them.

“Then he had no clue how humans work. Most would be discouraged by that and give up which would take away any chance of getting any better.” It’s true. The way that master did it, most would give into despair and give up. And that’s another reason that master’s methods make him so angry. And if Yukio did know about that punishment…..he’d probably have even more dislike for that master.

“Some probably do. Those who forget that we are also humans….even if not of the same station…sometimes I wonder.” Yukio isn’t bothering being quiet, but he isn’t being loud either. He isn’t that stupid at least. But then again, he isn’t really saying anything against anyone in particular. He chuckles and smiles a bit as Yuki lists his abilities. “Mmm…I don’t know about that really. Better? Not necessarily. More powerful? Yes. And they may be better. They may not be.” It’s hard to judge if someone is better than someone else in this world. He has his arms wrapped around Yuki. “But those are things you can learn over time.” Even if it may take him a long time. “Some things you can’t learn”

“We’ll just have to wait and see if he’ll do anything.” Neither of them know anything about this master. He may be against helping them do this and want them to do it on their own time if they have any. “That’s right.” He just says softly as Yuki clarifies for himself. “I think so too…” But they haven’t seen the entire place yet either.

“I think it would be scarier if the torches didn’t light up at all.” If it was pitch black in there, Yukio’s little past fear of the dark might come back. “Yes, but still an ability.” He says simply. Yukio smiles a bit. “You might be the same without me. You might be different. We can’t truly know since that isn’t going to happen and hasn’t happened, but thank you.”

He watches Yuki a bit as they walked, worried a bit at the limping. He looks around a bit when they get to eating, knowing his brother is lactose intolerant, but sadly every pizza in the universe pretty much has cheese on it. Yukio feels kind of weird about eating since no one else is, but it would be impolite not to eat since he doesn’t have an allergy or anything to this type of food. So he eats a slice or two. He’ll try and find something later for his brother. He has no idea when or where, but he’ll try to find something for Yuki.

Yukio has also been wondering about the mix languages too, but it annoys him at the same time. He doesn’t know the language and so it annoys him to not know what the other is saying. He could be saying horrible/perverted things. Well, not yet hopefully since he hasn’t said much actually. Yukio just has a problem about not being able to understand what people are saying or writing...since he needs to understand in case his brother needs some back up. After Yuki admits the reading thing, he gets prepared (mentally) to try and deflect punishment. Once he starts shaking, Yukio pulls him over a bit-hugging him to try and stop the shaking. He follows after Yuki with his plates and things doing the same.

“It doesn’t matter. If it’s edible…I’ll eat it.” And sometimes when it isn’t edible. Depends on the master on that one…though he’s never told Yuki about that one. To tell you the truth, Yukio doesn’t really have favorite foods. If it is edible, he will eat it. That’s the way he rolls. He doesn’t have any allergies to his knowledge and so he’ll eat anything. When Yuki looks for him, he just takes his brother’s hand. He gets in the car with Yuki and as the other clings/hugs close to him, he just wraps an arm around him, watching the other. Yukio actually refuses to think of how they came to be. It makes dark thoughts for him and he’d rather just keep that away for now.

At the question, he must correct his brother. “It’s potatoes…” And he tries to explain the syllabals to him a bit, quietly so the others don’t hear. He helps his brother get the items since he might need it. On the way back, he kind of pets Yuki. If the master did say something about Yuki yawning, he would defend his brother since yawning only means tired. It doesn’t mean quitting for the day.

He helps to unpack as well. It’s part of the “job” description…and he isn’t big on making waves today. It’s a little bit early for that personally. His stomach grumbles at the mention of stir fry. Sure, he ate a slice or two of pizza, to be polite, but it just didn’t do anything or fill him up. He just smiles as he watches his brother cook. It makes him happy to see his brother happy, even if it is only temporary.

Yukio puts a bit of soy sauce on his food. Drowning the food in soy sauce is a bad idea. It’s for added flavor….not to drown other flavors out. And so he starts munching. In his world, the best way to show you like the food…is to eat most/all of it.
