Know one really knows if its a complete restart or they are just adding some stuff into it since Legal Drug cast has shown up in xxxHolic.

[News] Gohou Drug to be restarted!
The new manga announcement in Newtype is that CLAMP will start a new Gohou (Legal) Drug series in Young Ace Magazine on November 4th!

The three previously released volumes will be reprinted with new covers starting October 3rd.

Now they say Restarted.. then Reprinted with New covers so the news seems kinda contradictory to me.

If its just a reprint with new covers then it's not a restart. Just adding stuff in.

If its a Restart then it's not really a reprint. Its a remake with a make over. =/
