Giselle had taken her bow and an arrow from her back side. She know how to shoot, very well. She mounted her first arrow and let it whisk in the air. It hit a tree, hard. The vibration of the blow made several hard fruits fall from the tree. She collected them all and placed them in her bag. "These can be eaten later," she said intending on saving them only when she needed the energy to continue.

She removed her arrow and removed a piece of bark from the arrow head. She put the arrow back her bag and returned the bow to its initial position. She trudged on.
