that is something i do normally in the lucid dreams.
I'm kinda like an angelic monster hunter in most of my dreams so i have no problem with nightmares but it was when i was just me in the dreams is when i can become scared shitless by nightmares.

As for the alarm idea.. hehehe ... i can't do that.... I don't have one.
