maybe make a journal of the dreams, somewhere, and write times if they keep occurring around the same time, and you can some how figure that out you could try setting an alarm clock to help wake you up
won't help to much with getting sleep but maybe to avoid the dreams... ^^;; might be a bad idea though not sure just if you know the time you tend to wake up from having them or really want to try to make the dreams stop
it is highly possible the dosage isn't right for you people I know have had crazy dreams they talked about until their dosage was right
hmm I normally find vivid dreams interesting even if they scare me... and just type them up worst dream I had was after I watched scary shows or something like that though
(watch or talk about something scary that day or the days you had the dream?)
hmm maybe you could take a talent you have or something and use it in your dreams or pretend you have some magical power to help you fight off the bad dreams
for some reason in my dreams I'm good with a sword and I can leap
maybe you have some abilities that pop up in different dreams that you can pull into the scary ones to help you win, since you said you were a lucid dreamer,
I've had some dreams where I knew it was a dream as well but I tend to like going with the flow of the dream to find out what would happen next instead of completely controlling the dream though
maybe you can make a difference with them I was told at one time meditation can help you improve control in dreams, might not hurt to try
