Only problem is I'm unsure when my next visit to the doctors will be.
The doctor that put me on those meds was something of an emergency doc. So it won't be continued visit.
Though i plan to mention it to my normal doctor on the 29th.
But I still have some time to wait.
Until then i can spend the time to practice trying to get outta the dreams faster or taking control back. -sighs-
I've also always been a light sleeper as well. I kinda wish i could have something outside to wake me from the dreams when i do get the sleep.
