[Raven]

I've noticed a few people posting about their dreams and getting positive responses, so maybe you guys can help me.
I know i'm new and stuff so most of you guys don't know much about me. And because of a few pasts events that had happened to me from online encounters i'll be hiding who i am but not.

Anyway.

Lately i've been having a lot of nitemares.
This bothers me because now i'm getting insomnia.
Not only that but its odd for me since i'm a lucid dreamers.
I dream in full detail and color. AND MOST OF THE TIME i normally can control all my dreams.
Not only that but its making me very angry towards people but my friends mainly because they are right there and they can't help me... that or they are choosing not to.

This morning i woke up to a dream a where i was locked in a house with two men and a weird witch. The witch was holding me prisoner but was demanding me to do things ( i can't remember all details ) The men wore chasing me around the house with glass. like cake glass thingies. I held knives to defend myself but was to scared to even use them. They ended up chasing down to the basement where i woke up from fear drenched in sweat ><


I really wish that the nitemare would stop and that i could get back to my normal dreams.
a few notes i would like to add
this has been happening for a few months
i started taking new drugs for mental health problems regarding anger and bi polar just a few days ago. thing is i'm not bi polar, doc said so to, so its used for something else in my case. I think extreme mood swings.

anyway. can anyone help? has anyone else had these kind of problems too?
