The idea of preists and little boys was made not too long ago in the 1920s when they have all boys catholic boarding schools so their weren't any women and when need to realese they can't masturbate cause that's considered a sin of lust, so they take it upon the people beneath them (i.e. students)

well, priest can't get married (they used to but not anymore), they can't have their own kids, and having all of these rules and sins (which to me there is none, they can be biological like Lust, Gluttony, envy, etc.) that it's very hard for anyone to follow them.

It's a closet rebellion.

In the Church as long as they repent themselves of those sins, say their hail Mary's and having God forgive them they keep doing what they do.
