Well there ARE cheaper ones... not as pretty, or as well made byut my MSD sized one, is a bobobie so she was only in the $150 range with a wig and shipping, without those, the base price for her is like $128..
And she's still beautiful to me :3

It's not the best, but my friend did her faceup for me for free.
