No, Bush plunged the economy into the ground. Obama inherited the mess and he can't clean up Bush's shit xD. But there are just too many factors in the mess to fix up..unregulated gasoline prices, the 'everyone deserves a home' law and people buy homes even though they know they can't afford them and then hurting banks, the war and all these millions being spent for other countries, globalization and exploitation of cheap labor in other places, etc.
