Except they are not constant throughout the race. Some have the ability to be invisible in shadows. Others can create illusions. Others have special elemental abilities. Some have more shapeshifting abilities than others. We are much different from a simple animagus." Vincent huffs a bit. "Then if you have no need to be registered than no animagus should. You can shift your form to multiple other way. An animagus has one animal form only supposedly so why should they be registered when there is no need for you to be. That sounds like someone somewhere playing favorites." And that obviously does not make Vincent a happy camper.
