Yeah, it has oodles of preservatives in it.
I like putting little tiny bits of gouda in soups, like onion soup and chicken soup. It gets all soft, but it doesn't get all stringy or break up. That way, when you're eating the soup, sometimes you get a little nugget of gouda goodness!
