Never leave it on for more than 90 minutes from START to finish tottal, 40 minutes if you have soft, weak, thin, or brittle hair.

NEVER put it on the roots first; always do them last as they're the freshest, and weakest; and overdeveloping can lead to hair breaking off at the root.

Don't bleach your hair twice in the same week- it's typically recommended you only bleach once a month; longer if it's possible.

err...and..always use in a well ventilated area, preferably with a window open nearby- ...so you don't damage your braincells. <////<;;
