So it is safe to assume she's active, might be going out into the sun a fair amount of time, right?

Also a sweet character makes me think long hair, but, because there's a bit of trickster/psycho in her, probably curly hair or pulled back into a ponytail where it is out of her way. And maybe there would be a scar on her arm, back of her hand, somewhere visible to let people know she gets into trouble. However if she's mostly sweet, I'm sure most people will think it's an accident.

So then you get to colors. I would think she would be fair-skinned to light tan. As for hair, if she's light skinned maybe a deep red and bright blue eyes, or if she's tan, white eyes and icy blue hair. o= !
