Annabelle looked down at him, her head following him as he stood, the hurt crossed her eyes. She just wanted to live a life filled with love. She didn't want to be criticized, or called out. She rubbed her arm softly, her eyes almost welling in tears. It hurt because she'd never been called out on anything, not once, not ever. Her family had been too screwed over to ever really notice anything she did. She'd won prizes for intelligence, and had received certificates for her skills, and here, she was nobody. But everyone believed her to be something. "I'm sorry.." she said quietly, her tongue twirled inside of her mouth. "Just because you have an opinion of a queen, doesn't mean that's how she should be.. It's how you'd wish for one to be.. " she said as she looked up at him, folding her hands in her lap. "I may not be the proper queen, in terms of clothing, and bowing. But I do have respect.. You just haven't quite earned it from me. Calling me out on things in which you do not know of me. Just like I have done to you. But your degree has been far worse than my own." she said shaking her head.

"I never ASKED for your respect, I didn't tell you to bow. I didn't make you respect me. Respect is something you earn, and you have yet to earn my respect. Dethroning me wont exactly go over well.. With people who love me, and have known me for quite some time. I've been here for two years, the only way you'll overthrow me.." she paused as she leaned against her war. "Is if you can cure me." she said softly. She had a different tone now, he hadn't made her angry, he hadn't this whole time they were speaking, but she was she supposed to be pleased with a man who tried to push her down, when she was already so much lower than he understood. "You should never really judge someone, until you've seen things through their eyes..Get to know my past and maybe you'd understand why I want to be..What I am." she said. "As I- should not judge you, but get to know you. I originally came here to welcome you with nothing but good intentions. But now, I'm afraid my intentions have purely vanished all on their own. " she said. She wasn't leaving, she'd only begun to back up. "I was about to offer to show you around, since most people that are emitted, do not leave for quite some time."
