The head master looked at them both and sighed "The first day in and you both have already caused trouble" the head master said turning to look at them both "Kyoshi, put your blazer on this is a respectful school, not a run down public one" he say in a stern tone. Kyoshi sat still "I mean no disrespect sir but it feel like a public school" his voice was low as he spoke "At a respectful school, teacher wouldn't fail someone for having a phobia of open water and make them swim even though they had been excused for it..." he look to the right "Students wouldn't believe they where better than you because they have money and would respect one another for their skills and ability's not make fun of a person because of fears and them not being of the same social status" he finish quietly

"Why should I show respect when none is given to me because I am different" his voice trembling more as he almost started to cry once more The head master sighed and handed him a tissue he knew it was going to be hard for him "I had no idea he would try and force you to swim Kioshi, I told him you where excused... I will enforce it now since the blockhead didn't get the message the first time round" he smiled and chuckled a little he was friendly on such a matter as he knew fear was a powerful emotion

His eyes now went to Ryou "Wither for your friend or not you should never strike another student Ryou, I know your father taught you better than that" he say shaking his head "As it is the first day of school I will put it down to nerves, and the wish to protect a friend... but next time there will be punishment" he say sternly his eyes asking the question 'do you understand?'
