I love chocolate. Usually supremely dark chocolate. like the 90%
The bitterness is good in my opinion. There is slight sweetness. Though sometimes I eat white chocolate even though its not realy chocolate it still tastes good.
I prefer dark chocolate but I also like milk chocolate.
