Hmm, here's a thought: If I change the COD label to "Require Payment" it might be more intuitive to people who have never heard of COD before (which is the standard term used in the shipping industry, and also what's used in World of Warcraft), and if I make the aurum/runes boxes there only appear after you've selected this option it would attract less unwanted attention.
