I hope you aren't depressed. It sucks alot.
I am starting to get back to doing things I
used to do and I feel good about it. I just
try to make sure the times I want to do
nothing don't happen that often. I'm pushing
them to happen around bedtime. Like a hour
before I go to bed to make sure I can think
it's ok because I can wind down from the
day and relax before bed. Doesn't bother
me as much that way. And with my meds
I'm back to cross stitching, which takes up
my entire day.
